Only pay for the quality you receive.
Pay for the Quality You Receive — Nothing Less.
Before delivery, you and the farmer agree on a price for each grade. When your produce arrives and is graded, the final price automatically follows the grade you actually received.
Example Flexi Contract
Roma Tomatoes • 2,000 kg
| Grade Delivered | Price / kg | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Canada No. 1 | CAD 2.80 | Full tier price |
| Canada No. 2 | CAD 2.20 | Adjusted price |
| Below No. 2 | — | Nullified & refunded |
Grades follow Canadian (CFIA) standards: size, colour coverage, defect tolerance, firmness and cleanliness.
How Flexible Buying Works
Choose your produce and agree on pricing for each grade with the farmer.
All agreements are securely recorded in your PriceWise™ smart contract.
Produce is delivered and graded — your final price reflects the delivered grade.
Sellers are paid for the quality delivered. Buyers pay what it's worth.
Flexible Buying is built for speed. You pay at checkout, the farmer is paid right away, and the platform keeps both sides accountable for quality.
Payment is split instantly between the seller and EcoFlare's fee — no escrow, processed securely by Stripe.
Inspect your delivery and confirm the grade received, with photos if anything is off.
If a lower grade was delivered, the price difference is refunded to you from the seller's next payouts.
Only pay for the quality you receive.
Smart contracts eliminate confusion about price and quality.
Quality checks ensure mutual accountability.
High-quality producers get rewarded. Buyers get value.
